Shipping Timeframe

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once processed, shipping is approximately 7–15 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs delays, or carrier disruptions.

 

Delayed Delivery Guarantee
We value your patience and understanding. If your order arrives later than the stated 7–15 business day delivery window, you will receive 10% off your next purchase as a courtesy. To receive this discount, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number. A one-time-use discount code will then be issued via email.

 

Additional Information
Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. EMBR WEAR is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Welcome to EMBR WEAR's Return, Exchange & Refund Policy:
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process to ensure your experience with EMBR WEAR is positive and stress-free.

 

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Returns and refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to final sale items, promotional items, or gift cards. These exclusions will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.

 

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as EMBR WEAR is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

 

Return Process
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

 

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.

 

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Customers will be required to cover return shipping costs for defective items. Upon inspection, we will issue a replacement or refund as applicable.
